1.  Room reservations will be made through the Conference Secretariat (Macau Expo Group).

2.  Please make your reservations early, bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.  Rates quoted are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), inclusive 10% service charge and 5% tourism tax.

4.  Room reservations will be confirmed only after receiving the full payment by a credit card or bank transfer.

5.  Hotel check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00.Early check-in or late check-out subject to hotel’s availability and extra charge.

Cancellation Policy - Accommodation:

1. All the bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable.

2. In the event of non-arrival/no-show, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and the payment will be non-refundable.

3. Late Arrival/Early Departure Fee - If you arrive later or leave earlier than the dates of your confirmed booking, the total cost of accommodation will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
